【摘要】 高校基层教学组织在人才培养和教育教学改革过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。通过分析目前基层教学组织存在的问题,以四川大学高分子科学与工程学院为例,从优化基层教学组织形式、完善基层教学组织基本制度、加强师资队伍建设、健全教学质量评价体系等四个方面出发,积极探讨了适应新工科背景的基层教学组织建设模式。该模式充分调动了教师教学积极性,在人才培养过程中发挥了重要作用,为国内基层教学组织建设模式的创新与工作推进提供了借鉴与参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Basic teaching organizations play a vital role in the process of talent training and educational &teaching reform in colleges and universities. In this paper, the existing problems of basic teaching organizations are discussed, and by taking College of Polymer Science and Engineering of Sichuan university as an example, the construction mode of basic teaching organizations under the Background of “Emerging Engineering Education” is explored from four aspects: the optimization of organization form, the improvement of basic regulations, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, and the improvement of the teaching quality evaluation system. This mode fully mobilizes the teaching enthusiasm and plays an important role in the process of talent training. It is hoped that it can provide reference for the innovation and promotion of the construction mode of basic teaching organizations in China.更多还原
