【摘要】 在"大众创业、万众创新"背景下,学科竞赛是高校实践教学和培养人才的有效途径。就如何通过学科竞赛更好地协同高校培养水利创新应用型人才进行策略分析,提出以学科竞赛为契机的水利创新人才培养模式,并以湖南农业大学水利系为例,分析学科竞赛的成效,对高等院校人才培养和教学改革具有一定参考与借鉴意义。通过水利学科竞赛,有效提升大学生的科技创新能力、分析和解决实际问题的能力,对推动我国水利工程的教学改革和高等学校实施素质教育有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”, discipline competition is an effective way for colleges and universities to carry out practical teaching and cultivate talents. This paper analyzes the strategy of how to better cooperate with colleges and universities to cultivate innovative and applied talents in water conservancy through discipline competition, and puts forward the innovative talent training model with discipline competition in water conservancy. Then, taking the water conservancy department of Hunan Agricultural University as an example, it analyzes the effect of discipline competition, which has a certain reference significance for talent training and teaching reform. Through the discipline competition in water conservancy, students’ ability of science and technology innovation and ability to analyze and solve practical problems are greatly improved, which is of great significance to promoting the teaching reform of Chinese water conservancy projects and the implementation of quality education in colleges and universities.更多还原
