“双一流”背景下医学教师发展模式新思考

【摘要】 "双一流"建设背景下,恰逢全球疫情大爆发,关系大众卫生健康的医学教育事业放到了优先发展的重要地位,创新发展医学教育思路给地方医学院校提出了新要求,关系医学教育事业成败的教师素质提高是亟待解决的问题,尤其地方少数民族地区医学院校更应大力引进优秀人才来带领现有教师共同发展医学教育事业,学校应该在岗前培训和制度上加强教师的综合素养培养,尤其是高尚道德情操的培养,树立终身教育理念,以开放的心怀进行学术和教育方法等方面的交流,还要学习新的教学方法和手段,以不变应万变的心态迎接教育形式的不断变革,为医学院校培养创新型人才做准备。

【Abstract】 Under the background of “double first-rate”construction and the outbreak of the global epidemic,medical education, which is related to public health, has been taken as the priority of development. The innovative development of medical education ideas puts forward new requirements for local medical schools, and the improvement of teachers’ quality related to the success or failure of medical education is an urgent problem to be solved. In particular, local medical schools in ethnic minority areas should vigorously introduce outstanding talents and encourage them to lead teachers. In the pre-employment training and examination system, colleges should strengthen the cultivation of teachers’ comprehensive literacy, cultivating the character of noble morals and establishing the concept of lifelong education. Medical schools should conduct academic exchanges with an open mind,learning new teaching methods to meet the continuous changes in education forms and prepare for the cultivation of innovative talents in medical colleges.
