依托“双创”育人的实践型拔尖人才培养模式研究——以东北农业大学机电研究中心为例

【摘要】 国家正处于创新驱动发展的新时期,需要大量的高素质创新型人才作支撑,但传统的高校教学模式难以培养出具有创新意识的拔尖人才。针对传统高校教学模式的不足,响应国家"大众创业,万众创新"的号召,搭建一个科技创新教育平台,发掘具有创新型潜质的学生,给予其基础技能的培训,使其在实际工程项目中得到锻炼,从而提高学生的科技创新能力,使其成长为国家真正需要的拔尖创新型人才。

【Abstract】 The country is in a new period of innovation driven development, which needs a large number of high-quality innovative talents as support, but the traditional teaching mode of colleges and universities is difficult to cultivate top talents with innovative consciousness. In view of the shortcomings of the traditional teaching mode in colleges and universities, in response to the national call of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”, the scientific and technological innovation education platform is built to explore students with innovative potential. Give them basic skills training so that they can be trained in practical engineering projects, so as to improve students’ scientific and technological innovation ability and make them grow into top innovative talents really needed by the country.
