【Abstract】 For the purpose of cultivating high-quality and application-oriented land resource management talents, and through revising undergraduate talent training program, constructing practice base, reforming teaching and graduation thesis quality, we have constructed specialty system with the characteristics of frontier ethnic regions,improved the ability from classroom learning to professional practice, established the production-oriented practice base oriented to the actual land resource management, and trained the senior specialized talents of land resource management of Mongolian and Han ethnic group.The progressive collaborative talent training model of“production-learning-research-application”has been formed, which has achieved remarkable results.更多还原
