【摘要】 优良学风的构建是提升研究生培养质量的重要途径和基本保障,华侨大学化工学院通过创办多种形式的学术交流平台,营造出浓厚的学术氛围,并通过修订完善研究生管理与育人等系列规章制度,规范了研究生培养全过程。基于以上多种措施,学院探索并实践了研究生学风建设长效机制的构建,有效地推动了研究生成长与人才培养过程的有机融合,经过近5年的实践,结果表明,新机制下的研究生培养质量与研究生学术水平、综合素质、就业质量等方面均得到了明显提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of excellent academic atmosphere is an important way and the basic guarantee for postgraduate training quality. The College of Chemical Engineering of Huaqiao University has created a strong academic atmosphere through the establishment of various forms of academic exchange platforms, and it has standardized the whole process of postgraduate training by revising and improving a series of rules and regulations of postgraduate management and education. On the basis of the above measures, the college has explored and practiced the construction of a long-term mechanism for the construction of postgraduate academic atmosphere, and has effectively promoted the organic integration of postgraduate growth and talent training process.
