【摘要】 应用微课作为肿瘤内科临床实习中骨髓穿刺术操作培训的教学方法,进一步研究微课对肿瘤内科实习生掌握骨髓穿刺术操作的影响。将90名2017—2019级临床医学实习生作为研究对象,把轮转到肿瘤内科四个病区的实习生随机分为实验组和对照组各45人,实验组采用微课视频教学,对照组采用传统课堂讲授教学。同时每组配备15位相应师资的带教老师。比较两组学生的骨髓穿刺术考核成绩、学生及教师对教学方法效果的评价。结果表明:实验组学生在实践技能考试中的成绩优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组学生与对照组学生相比,学习的主观感受包括临床操作能力、临床思维能力、学习效率、学习兴趣、学习时间的灵活变动能力、人文关怀以及自主学习能力等方面的评价均有明显提高(P<0.05)。实验组教师的教学效率、满意度以及教学压力减轻等方面较对照组有明显的提高(P<0.05)。因此,微课视频教学的方法可以提高肿瘤内科临床实习生的骨髓穿刺术培训效果,值得在肿瘤内科临床实习教学过程中进一步推广应用及深入研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To further study the teaching effect of micro-lecture on the students’ mastery of bone marrow puncture operation by using micro-lecture as the teaching method of bone marrow puncture operation training in the clinical practice of internal medicine oncology. Methods: 90 clinical medical interns from 2017 to2019 were selected as the research objects. The interns rotated to the four wards of internal medicine oncology were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 45 interns in each group. The experimental group was taught by micro-lecture video teaching method, while the control group was taught by traditional classroom teaching method. At the same time, each group was equipped with 15 qualified teachers. The results of bone marrow puncture examination and the evaluation of students and teachers on the effect of teaching methods were compared between the two groups. Results: The experimental group outperformed the control group in the practical skills examination(P<0.05). Moreover, compared with the students in the control group, the subjective feelings of students in the experimental group, including clinical operation ability, clinical thinking ability, learning efficiency, learning interest, flexible change ability of learning time, humanistic care and autonomous learning ability,were significantly improved(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the teaching efficiency, teaching satisfaction and teaching pressure reduction of the experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.05). Conclusion:The method of micro-lecture teaching can improve the training effect of bone marrow puncture for clinical interns of internal medical oncology, and it is worthy of further promotion, application and in-depth study in the clinical practice teaching process of internal medical oncology.更多还原
