【摘要】 将唯物辩证思维应用到普通内科临床带教中,在传授医学专业知识的同时,也将会培养学员独立医学思维的能力。世界的物质统一性原理决定了在普通内科临床带教中需要坚持一切从实际出发,解放思想、实事求是的思想路线;坚持联系和发展的观点,让学员意识到疾病在持续地发展变化,一个疾病或许会累及人体多个脏器的功能;坚持对立统一规律,具体问题具体分析,给予个体化医治;坚持系统论,指导学员用整体与部分的统一的观点把握疾病的发生、发展、转归和预后,避免认识的局限性;坚持实践的观点,指导学员立足循证医学,制订最优的诊治方案。在普通内科临床带教中指导学员运用唯物辩证思维,能够更好地为人民群众的生命健康保驾护航。更多还原

【Abstract】 The application of materialistic dialectical thinking in clinical teaching of general internal medicine will not only impart medical professional knowledge, but also cultivate students’ ability of independent medical thinking. The principle of material unity in the world determines that in the clinical teaching of general internal medicine, we should adhere to the ideological route of proceeding from reality, emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts. The concept of connection and development should be adhered to, so that students are aware of the ever-changing development of diseases, a disease may affect the function of multiple systems and organs of the body. The law of unity of opposites should be adhered to, so that specific problems specific analysis and individual treatment could be adopted. Adhering to the system theory could guide students to grasp the occurrence,development, outcome and prognosis of diseases with the unified view of whole and part, and avoid the limitations of cognition. Adhering to the practical point of view could guide the students to develop the best diagnosis and treatment plan based on evidence-based medicine.
