【摘要】 基础学科拔尖人才培养是新时代建设世界教育强国和科技强国的重要战略,也是高等学校教学改革与发展的迫切需求。省属高校肩负着为国家和区域建设输送人才的重任,在拔尖创新人才培养方面也责无旁贷。以哈尔滨理工大学"大珩班"为例,探索"一实一虚"分段式培养和运行模式,通过制定分段式培养方案,完善教学体系,进行选拔、培养和运行模式的探究与实践,进行拔尖人才培养的教学模式、内容与方法改革,构建适合拔尖人才脱颖而出的评价体系,以点带面,全面提高人才培养质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The training of top-notch talents of basic disciplines is an important strategy for building a powerful country in education and a scientific and technological power in the new era, and it is also an urgent need for the teaching reform and development of colleges and universities. Provincial colleges and universities take the responsibility of cultivating talents for national and regional construction, and are also duty-bound in the training of top-notch innovative talents. Taking"Daheng class"of Harbin University of Science and Technology as an example, this paper explores the segmented training and operation mode of "real-virtual combination", to improve the teaching system by developing segmented training program; we also explore and practice on the selection, training and operation mode; we carry on the reform of teaching model, teaching content and teaching methods for the training of top-notch talents; we also try to build an evaluation system suitable for top-notch talents training, and take one or two cases as an example to improve the overall quality of talent training.更多还原
