课堂提问与工科大学生思辨能力培养探讨

【摘要】 大学教育的目标之一是培养学生的思辨能力,课堂提问在培养大学生思辨能力中发挥着重要作用。通过分析思辨能力的评价基础与实证调查,认为工科大学生思辨能力不足。探讨了课堂提问的方法,认为教师可以利用各种不同类型的提问提升大学生分析、推理和评价等思维技能;同时提出了在课堂上培养学生开放性、包容性、自信心、好奇心、寻真性和公正性等人格的方法,最后给出了课堂提问在教学实践中的应用案例。

【Abstract】 One of the goals of college education is to cultivate college student’s critical thinking ability.Classroom questioning plays an important role in cultivating college student’s critical thinking ability. Through the analysis of the evaluation basis of critical thinking ability and the empirical investigation of students’ critical thinking ability, we find that the critical thinking ability of engineering college students is insufficient. This paper discusses the teachers’ questioning methods in class, and concludes that teachers can use various types of questions to improve the students’ thinking skills, such as analysis, reasoning and evaluation. Meanwhile it also puts forward some methods to cultivate students’ good personalities in openness, inclusiveness, self-confidence, curiosity, truth-seeking and fairness. Finally, the application cases of class questioning in teaching practice are provided.
