【Abstract】 Academic exchange is of great significance during the postgraduate training processes, which is the key to promote the formation of graduate students’ innovation consciousness, spirit and ability. Aiming at the current situation of the training of students’ academic exchange ability in the School of Chemical Engineering of Northwest University, this paper expounds the trinity training system of the university, the school and the tutors and analyzes the specific measures, effects and existing problems, so as to create a harmonious academic environment,enhance the effectiveness of academic exchange and improve the training quality of graduate students.更多还原
