【Abstract】 With the advance of ecological civilization, the importance of education and teaching of environmental protection and sustainable development is becoming increasingly prominent. From the perspective of engineering education certification, this paper analyzes the current situation of the course of Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development in colleges and universities, and probes into the teaching reform of the course from the aspects of curriculum setting, teaching idea, teaching organization model, teaching content, course assessment and evaluation method, and continuous improvement.
