【Abstract】 Xinjiang is the main cotton producing area in China. In order to develop high-quality textile industry and transform the scale advantage into industrial and technological advantage, it is urgent to train high-quality applied textile talents suitable for the development of modern enterprises. Based on the OBE concept,the training of applied textile talents should focus on the effective integration of the "reverse design"of training objectives, the graduation requirements and the curriculum system.
