【摘要】 地方院校师范专业人才培养方案存在教师教育课程设置缺失、学科专业课程缺乏针对性、协同育人未贯穿培养全过程、课程内容实践性知识不足等问题。对照教师专业素质结构要素,重构教师教育课程、优化学科专业课程、建立高校教师和中学教师合作授课机制、补充实践性知识教学内容等,是优化地方师范专业人才培养方案的可行路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are some problems in the teacher training program of local normal colleges and universities,such as the lack of curriculum setting for teacher education, the lack of pertinence of professional courses of the subject, the lack of collaborative education throughout the whole process of training, and the lack of practical knowledge in the course content and so on. Comparing with the structural elements of teacher’s professional quality, reconstructing the curriculum for teacher education, optimizing the professional courses of the subject, establishing cooperative teaching mechanism between college teachers and middle school teachers, and supplementing practical knowledge teaching content in the courses are feasible ways to optimize the teacher training program for local normal colleges and universities.更多还原
