【Abstract】 In recent years, with the acceleration of China’s urbanization process, a large number of rural school-age children and adolescents have entered the city. The sharp growth of urban students and the reduction of rural students have led to new challenges for urban and rural education. Taking some schools in the Central Soviet Area and county as the survey object, the author finds that there are deficiencies in teachers, students and teaching in rural small-scale schools from the perspective of schools. Exploring the training mode of rural teachers, realizing the reform of classroom teaching,the integration of educational resources and the change of teaching evaluation means are the possible ways to revitalize rural small-scale schools.更多还原
