【摘要】 示范课程建设是研究生教育改革和教学质量提升的重要方面,亟待探索和推进。作为民商法学硕士研究生培养课程体系中的专业主干课程,"物权法研究"示范课程建设对于扎实民商法学专业知识、提升课程专业教学质量、优化课程思政教育效果、提高课程能力培养质量以及创新课程教学方法手段都具有重要意义。在建设过程中,需要处理好教师主导与学生主体的关系、专业教学与思政育人的关系、知识传授与能力培养的关系、教学方法手段守正与创新的关系;遵循以学生发展为中心、思政育人、协同育人等现代教育理念,注重建设高素质双师型的课程团队,落实课程思政教学,形成可推广的课程资源,探索有效的教学方法与手段,加强课内与课外的教学协同。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of the model curriculum is an important aspect of postgraduate education reform and teaching quality improvement, which needs to be explored and promoted urgently. As the main professional course in postgraduate training system of civil and commercial law, the construction of the model curriculum is of great significance to consolidate the professional knowledge of civil and commercial law, improve the teaching quality, optimize the effect of integrating ideological and political elements into professional courses, promote the quality of curriculum ability training and innovate the teaching methods. In the process of construction, we need to deal with the relationship between teachers’ leading and students’ main body, the relationship between professional teaching and integrating ideological and political elements into professional courses, the relationship between knowledge impartation and ability training, the relationship between insisting teaching methods and means and innovation. In accordance with the modern educational concepts of taking students’ development as the center, ideological and political education and collaborative education, we pay attention to the construction of high-quality and double-qualification curriculum teams, implement combination of ideological and political elements and professional courses, form curriculum resources that can be generalized, explore effective teaching methods and means, and strengthen teaching collaboration in class and extracurricular class.更多还原
