基于正交试验的高速列车座椅舒适性研究

【摘要】 为了研究各功能尺度对高速列车二等座椅舒适性的影响程度,基于人机工程学软件RAMSIS,通过正交试验的方法,以静态舒适性评价体系中的总体不舒适值和疲劳值为试验指标,对各功能尺度的影响程度进行排序,得到了一个能提高舒适度的优化方案。

【Abstract】 The seat is an important facility in the high-speed train compartment. Passengers are increasingly demanding seat comfort, and the functional dimensions of the seat directly determine ride comfort. In order to study the degree of influence of various functional scales on the comfort of high-speed train second-class seats, based on the ergonomics software RAMSIS, the method of orthogonal test is adopted. The overall discomfort value and fatigue value in the static comfort evaluation system are used as test indicators to rank the degree of influence on each functional scale, and an optimized solution to improve comfort is obtained.
