FDM 3D打印技术在“机械设计基础”探究性教学实践中的应用

【摘要】 为了解决"机械设计基础"课程教学中普遍存在缺少课外拓展知识和缺乏对学生探究问题能力及自主创新能力的培养等问题,进行了基于FDM 3D打印的"机械设计基础"探究性教学模式的设计与实践,探讨了FDM 3D打印示教机的引入、设计、组装和应用,并运用SPSS 22.0软件进行了教学实践实施效果评价。结果表明,该探究性教学实践取得了良好的教学效果,极大地提高了学生的自主创新能力和工程实践能力。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem including lack of extra-curricular expanded knowledge, development of the inquiry problem ability and the independent innovation ability of the students, the design and practice for the inquiry teaching mode of fundamentals of machine design based on the FDM 3 D printing are proposed. Problem introducing, design, assembly and application of FDM 3 D printing teaching machine are discussed. Furthermore, with SPSS 22.0 software it evaluates the effect of teaching practice, and obtains good results of inquiry teaching practice.This improves the independent innovation ability and the engineering practice ability of the students.
