【摘要】 针对高校内特种设备安放地点分散、使用人员流动性大、安全管理责任落实不到位、管理制度建设不规范、安全教育流于形式等问题,结合高校实际情况,提出在高校特种设备安全管理中引入工作票制度,并结合具体情况论述了使用方法和流程。工作票制度强化了主观安全意识,同时能够强化监督安全措施的落实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems of scattered placement of special equipment in colleges and universities, large mobility of users, inadequate implementation of safety management responsibility, nonstandard construction of management system, mere formality of safety education and so on, combined with the actual situation of colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the introduction of work order system into the safety management of special equipment in colleges and universities, and discusses the usage and process combined with the specific situation.
