个体化全膝关节置换骨肌多体动力学模型的适用性评估
Evaluation of the applicability of subject-specific multi-dynamic musculoskeletal model for total knee arthroplasty
【摘要】 为实现个体化全膝关节置换骨肌多体动力学模型的广泛临床应用,在AnyBody生物力学建模软件中对近四届膝关节挑战赛公开数据集中的4位膝关节置换患者建立了个体化全膝关节置换骨肌模型,对每位患者的下蹲和坐立运动进行模拟仿真,通过对比模型预测结果与实验测量数据之间的差异,评估所建模型对膝关节假体接触力的预测精度以及模型在不同患者下蹲和坐立运动形式中的适用性。结果表明,与实验测量数据相比,所建骨肌模型预测的胫股关节假体接触力的均方根误差和相关系数的范围分别为67~336 N和0.55~0.98,模型在不同患者的下蹲和坐立运动形式中均表现出较高的预测精度和良好的适用性。
【Abstract】 In order to realize the wide clinical applications of subject-specific multi-dynamic musculoskeletal models for total knee arthroplasty, it develops the subject-specific musculoskeletal models for four patients from the last four sessions of the Grand Challenge Competitions dataset using AnyBody software, uses the developed models to simulate squat and sit-to-stand movements for each patient, evaluates the prediction accuracy on the tibiofemoral contact forces and the applicability of models by comparing predictions with the experimental measurements during squat and sit-to-stand movements for four patients. The results show that the ranges of root-mean-square errors and correlation coefficients of the predicted tibiofemoral contact forces are 67~336 N and 0.55~0.98, the developed models show great prediction accuracy and good applicability under squat and sit-to-stand movements for different patients.
