基于接触力学的膝关节假体几何参数研究
Parametric study on geometric design of total knee replacement prosthesis based on contact mechanics
【摘要】 为了确定全膝关节置换假体几何参数对关节假体接触面积和接触应力的贡献度,设计了符合实际使用要求的膝关节假体,建立了基于Isight平台的膝关节假体参数化有限元模型。使用最优超立方拉丁采样方法对膝关节假体的几何参数进行采样并在SolidWorks中进行参数化建模,利用ABAQUS软件进行有限元分析得到其性能指标,根据二次回归模型得到几何参数对性能指标的贡献占比,确定了FFR、IFR是影响接触面积与接触应力的主要因子。基于400个样本点模型得到了相比于初始模型更优的模型,其关节假体接触面积与初始模型相比降低了32.33%,胫骨衬垫也获得了更大的内旋角度(8.4°),进一步提高了假体的运动性能。
【Abstract】 Aiming at determining the contribution of geometric parameters to the performance indexes of the total knee replacement prosthesis(contact area, contact stress) and building more practical knee prosthesis, this paper introduces an automated finite element modeling experiment method to geometric parameters of knee prosthesis based on Isight software. The method is divided into three steps: the first is to construct 3 D models of knee prosthesis based on parameters using optimal Latin hypercube design method. Then, the indexes are obtained from ABAQUS analysis. Finally, the relationships of distribution and relative conflict of geometric parameters are evaluated using last root regression model, and FFR and IFR are the main factors affecting the contact area and stress. According to 400 sample points, a better model is obtained compared with the initial model. The contact area is reduced by 32.33%, and the tibia has a larger internal rotation angle(8.4°), which can further improve the motion performance of the prosthesis. The results reveal a final model possessing which has better performance indexes than the origin one.
