【摘要】 目的观察七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗飞秒激光辅助的准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(FS-LASIK)术后视疲劳的临床效果。方法前瞻性研究,选取本中心行近视FS-LASIK手术的200名患者,随机分为七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗组和对照组,对两组符合及能定期复查的患者在术前和术后1周、1月、3月视疲劳的评分及泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、调节幅度、正/负相对调节、AC/A的检查,并进行统计学分析。结果与对照组比较,治疗组在术后1wk和1m视疲劳的评分明显改善,而BUT时间与对照组无明显差异,对调节幅度、正/负相对性调节、AC/A比率指标检查发现,治疗组在术后1周,术后1月调节幅度以及正相对调节均较对照组增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而负相对调节、AC/A在两组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液对LASIK术后早期调节幅度和正相对调节有明显改善作用。七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗LASIK术后早期视疲劳有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops in patients with asthenopia after femtosecond laser in situ keratomileusis(FS-LASIK)surgery. Methods This is random and prospective clinical trial,patients who had FS-LASIK surgery were chosen from our Myopia laser correction center.Some patients received esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops and others served as controls.Symptoms of asthenopia,amplitude of accommodation, and positive/negative relative accommodation,AC/A were compared between the two groups at different time points. Results Symptoms of asthenopia improved in the treatment group compared to the control group at 1 wk and 1 m post FS-LASIK(P<0.05).Accommodative amplitude and positive relative accommodation were better in the treatment group 1 week and 1 month after FS-LASIK.break-up time,AC/A between two groups had no significant difference. Conclusion Esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops can significantly alleviate the symptoms of asthenopia in patients following FS-LASIK surgery.It can also improve the accommodative amplitude and positive relative accommodation in post FS-LASIK surgery patients.更多还原
