以案例为引导模式在口腔种植学教学中的应用

【摘要】 目的探究口腔种植学教学模式中以案例为引导教学法的应用价值。方法将68例口腔医学专业的学生以随机分组方式分为研究组与对照组,每组34例,两组均进行口腔种植学的授课,其中对照组采取常规讲授模式,研究组则采取以案例为引导的教学模式,对比两组学生的考核成绩及对教学形式的满意情况。结果研究组学生理论考试成绩为(89.46±3.49)分,病例分析考试成绩为(91.43±2.18)分,理论与病例分析成绩均明显高于对照组(P <0.05);且学生对研究组教学满意度达到了94.12%,显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论口腔种植学教学中采用以案例为引导的教学模式,新型教学模式以学生为教学核心,通过真实案例让学生立体感知病情,以案例为引导提高了学生的专注度,进而提高了学生上课的积极性,学生接受度提高,对授课效果也更为满意。以案例为引导教学模式的应用在提高学生理论知识水平同时,还培养了学生独立分析和解决真实病例的能力,对于促进学生毕业后尽快适应医生身份与开展临床诊疗,均有重要作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of case-led teaching method in the teaching mode of oral implantology. Methods A total of 68 students majoring in stomatology were randomly divided into a study group and a control group, with 34 cases in each group. Both groups were taught oral implantology. The control group took the conventional teaching mode, and the study group took the The case is a guided teaching model to compare the assessment results of the two groups of students and their satisfaction with the teaching form. Results The theoretical test scores of the study group students were(89.46±3.49) points, and the case analysis test scores were(91.43±2.18) points. The theoretical and case analysis scores were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05); teaching satisfaction reached 94.12%, which was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the oral implantology teaching, a case-led teaching model is adopted. The new teaching model takes students as the core of teaching. Through real cases, students can perceive their illness in a three-dimensional manner.Case-led guidance improves students’ concentration and enthusiasm for class. Students’ acceptance has improved and they are more satisfied with the teaching effect. The application of the case-guided teaching model not only improves the students’ theoretical knowledge level, but also cultivates the students’ ability to independently analyze and solve real cases. It plays an important role in promoting students to adapt to the status of doctors and carry out clinical diagnosis and treatment as soon as possible after graduation.
