【摘要】 目的评价基于临床问题的自我授课教学法在培养基层关节外科医师中的效果。方法选取2018年9月—2020年12月于我院接受关节置换理论培训的基层骨科医师60名,将其分为两组,分别为自我授课组和对照组,每组30名。对照组开展常规教学;自我授课组在开展常规教学的基础上辅以自我授课教学。对自我授课的结果进行考评,并对比两组的理论考核结果和培养满意度。结果实施自我授课后,考评结果总分为(97.42±2.21)分。自我授课组的理论考核成绩(88.33±3.61)分优于对照组(78.91±4.40)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.076,P<0.01)。自我授课组的进修医师满意度为100%(30/30)高于对照组的80%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基层关节外科医师培养过程中,开展自我授课教学不仅可以促进学员理论水平的提升,还增加了进修教学的满意度,对于提高进修医生教学度以及培养研究性思维具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of selfeducation method based on clinical questions in training primary joint surgeons. Methods A total of 60 primary joint surgeons who received joint arthroplasty training in our center from September 2018 to December 2020 were selected. The subjects were divided into two groups, selfeducation group(n=30) and control group(n=30). The control group received traditional teaching. The selfeducation group was supplemented by self-education.The results of self-education and training satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After the implementation of self teaching, the total score of the evaluation result is(97.42±2.21) points. The score of theoretical examination in the self teaching group(88.33±3.61) points was better than that in the control group(78.91±4.40) points, and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.076, P<0.01). The satisfaction of refresher doctors in the self teaching group was 100%(30/30) higher than 80%(24/30) in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In training primary joint surgeons, self-education can not only promote the theoretical level of surgeons, but also increase the satisfaction of them during postgraduate education.更多还原
