【摘要】 随着儿科医学的快速发展,小儿外科也在不断进步,这就对儿外科医生提出了更高的要求。小儿外科专业型研究生是儿外科医学发展的储备力量,他们的临床能力培养和科研创新能力的训练对儿科医学的发展起着至关重要的作用。目前"双轨合一"的培养模式虽然改变了过去"重科研,轻临床"的局面,使得研究生们临床技能相对薄弱的弊端得以转变,但科研思维的形成和科研创新能力的提高又受到限制。在现有的培养模式下,如何促进小儿外科专业型研究生科研思维的形成,科研创新能力的培养,从而更加契合小儿外科专业型研究生教育培养规律,本文对此进行初步探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of pediatric medicine, pediatric surgery is also constantly improving,which places higher demands on pediatric surgeons.Professional postgraduates in pediatric surgery are the reserve force for the development of pediatric surgery. Their clinical ability training and cultivation of scientific research ability play a vital role in the development of pediatric medicine. The current "dual regulation and integration" training model has changed the situation of "emphasizing scientific research and neglecting clinical ability" in the past. The shortcomings of the relatively weak clinical skills of postgraduate have been changed, but the formation of scientific research thinking and the improvement of scientific research capabilities have been restricted. Under the training model, how to promote the formation of scientific research thinking and the cultivation of scientific research ability of pediatric surgery professional postgraduates, so as to be more in line with the rule of pediatric surgery professional postgraduate education, this article is a preliminary discussion.更多还原
