【摘要】 目的开展住院医师规范化培训教学管理与学员岗位胜任力满意度调查,探索科学规范的管理模式,以提升培训效果创造可行性管理方法,有针对性地解决存在的问题。方法选取培训基地在陪学员通过"问卷星"平台对住院医师规范化培训教学质量及岗位胜任力的培训进行问卷调查。结果调查对象对住培教学质量总体满意,课程设置、教学方法、教学活动开展对学员岗位胜任力具有较大的对应性,满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论强化制度建设,开展具有提高岗位胜任力针对性教学内容改革活动,提高教学水平与实践操作能力,建立多元化考评体系,是全面提升住院医师规范化培训质量的重要举措。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the teaching management of standardized training of resident doctors and the satisfaction degree of post competence of trainees,and to explore the scientific and standardized management mode,so as to improve the training effect and create feasible management methods,and to solve the existing problems. Methods The training base was selected to conduct a questionnaire survey on the teaching quality and post competence of the standardized training of residents through the questionnaire star platform. Results The subjects were satisfied with the overall teaching quality of residential training,and the curriculum,teaching methods and teaching activities had a great correspondence and a high degree of satisfaction with the post competence of the students(P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthen the system construction,carry out the targeted teaching content reform activities with the purpose of improving post competence,improve the teaching level and practical operation ability,and establish a diversified evaluation system,it is an important measure to improve the quality of standardized training for resident doctors.更多还原
