【摘要】 目的探讨应用智能模拟人对住院医师进行孕产妇心肺复苏团队协作培训的效果。方法以36名住培三年级住院医师为培训对象。按进入重症医学科的先后顺序分为6组。利用SimMan智能模拟人进行培训,培训前后对各团队进行考核及问卷调查。分析相关结果。结果培训后考核6个团队均合格,剖宫产时机均正确,团队平均成绩、胸外按压分数、团队协作得分均高于培训前;急救平均用时、人工气道建立时间、胸外按压中断时间均少于培训前,差异均有统计学意义,(P <0.05)。问卷调查显示,88.9%的医师之前未接触过类似培训,培训对临床工作很有帮助。结论应用智能模拟人对住院医师进行孕产妇心肺复苏团队协作培训能提高培训效果、临床临床胜任力及团队合作意识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of using intelligent simulator to resident physicians for maternal cardiopulmonary resuscitation team collaboration training. Methods The 36 third-year residents who to participate in the standardized training of residents were selected as the training objects. All participants are divided into 6 groups, each with 6 people. The SimMan intelligent comprehensive simulator is used to train. Before and after the training, each team will be assessed and questionnaire surveys. Use statistical software to analyze the relevant results. Results After the training,the 6 teams were all qualified and the timing of cesarean section was 100% correct, the average team score, chest compression fraction are higher than before training, the average first aid time, the interruption time of chest compressions, and the artificial airway establishment time, which were significantly shorter than before training, and the difference was statistically significant,(P < 0.05) The questionnaire survey showed the training was helpful to clinical work. Conclusion Using intelligent comprehensive simulator to train resident physicians can improve the training effect and clinical competence.更多还原
