留学生全英诊断学临床见习带教方法探讨
Exploration on the Teaching Methods of Clinical Traineeship in Diagnostics for International Students
【摘要】 近年来,我国接收的外国留学生人数不断增长,医学是高等院校留学生中的热门专业。如何提高医学留学生的教学质量是一个值得每个带教医学留学生的老师探索的问题。诊断学是连接基础医学与临床医学的关键桥梁,而诊断学临床见习是学好诊断学的重要环节,需要有合适的方法和技巧。本文结合留学生特点及全英诊断学的教学要求,从提高老师的英语听说能力、病例切入激发兴趣、艺术提问激发思考、"挑错"比赛促进体格检查技能练习、鼓励分享以激发由内而外的学习、运用多媒体和模拟人使学习内容形象化等方面来探讨留学生全英诊断学临床见习带教方法。
【Abstract】 In recent years, the number of international students studying in our country has been increasing. Medicine is a popular major among international students in colleges and universities. How to improve the quality of teaching of foreign medical students is a question worthy of every teacher to explore. Diagnostics is a key bridge connecting basic medicine and clinical medicine, and clinical traineeship of diagnostics is an important part of diagnostics learning, thus, appropriate methods and techniques of teaching are essential. This article combines the characteristics of international students and the teaching requirements of diagnostics to explore the teaching method of clinical traineeship in diagnostics for international students from the following aspects: improving teachers’ English listening and speaking ability, using clinical cases to stimulate learning interest of students, asking appropriate questions to provoke thinking, "picking the wrong" game to promote physical examination skills practice, encouraging sharing to motivate learning from the inside out, using multimedia and simulators to visualize learning content.
