教学医院第二课堂对医学人文素养及从业志向的作用研究

【摘要】 医患之间缺乏信任和理解,近年来,医患关系日趋紧张,医患矛盾日趋激化。在医患关系尚不容乐观的今天,提高医学生的医学人文素养,以适应当前医患关系背景下医务人员的自身要求;并在社会中营造医学职业的崇高感,培养高中生的医学从业志向显得愈发重要。以大学附属教学医院为依托,对医学生和高中生开展第二课堂活动,采用一对一的紧密带教,带领学生观摩早交班、查房、门诊、急诊、手术、日常医院活动、值班等,学生不参与医疗工作,仅观摩医疗活动的开展,在真实的医疗环境中体验24小时的医院生活。并且通过学校相关负责老师、家长的共同监督,学生和带教老师的四方共同参与下开展活动,在确保安全的情况下,教学医院第二课堂活动可有效增进学生的职业体验感,加强其职业认同感,具有较高的可行性和安全性,可明显增进夯实学生的职业规划,有利于未来医学职业教育与医疗行业从业倾向。

【Abstract】 There is a lack of trust and understanding between doctors and patients. In recent years, the relationship between doctors and patients has become increasingly tense, and the contradictions between doctors and patients have intensified. When the doctor-patient relationship is still not optimistic enough nowadays in China, it is increasingly important to improve the medical humanities of medical students and cultivate high school students’ medical career aspirations. Relying on the teaching hospitals affiliated to the medical schools, the “second classroom activities” are carried out for medical students and high school students, and one-to-one close teaching observation is adopted to enhance students’ sense of professional experience and strengthen their sense of professional identity, meanwhile, which is also highly feasible and safe in todays’ medical practice circumstance. It can significantly improve and consolidate students’ career planning, which is conducive to the construction of future medical careers.
