【摘要】 对临床护理人员开展毕业后教育、终身教育,是加强护理人员队伍建设的有力抓手;加强对不同护理专业院校师资培训是促进护理人员队伍素质整体提升的必要条件。随着护理学科的发展,为了推动知识向实践的转化,循证护理日益受到学界和业界的关注。北京大学护理学院以"服务国家战略,履行社会责任,凸显北大特色,促进学员成长"为宗旨,开展了8年多的循证护理及系统综述方法研讨班项目,以一流师资团队、一流课程体系、一流授课模式、一流培训效果,形成了北大经验,在培训设计、培训课程、培训过程、培训管理的实践中,取得了良好的培训效果,积累了丰富的工作经验。为中西部、东北、西南等贫困地区培养了大量人才,切实为加强贫困地区医疗卫生人才队伍建设,提高贫困地区医疗卫生服务能力,从而实现健康扶贫目标,建设"健康中国"贡献北大力量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Th e co n tin u o u s lif e-time tr ain in g f o r professional nursing personnel after their graduation is especially important. With the development of nursing sciences, evidence-based nursing practice is gaining more and more attention from the academic and practical aspects as a conversion of nursing knowledge to practical techniques. Peking university school of nursing has gained rich experiences on the education and training on evidence-based nursing through 8 years of seminars on the subject with its top teaching resources, lecture system, mode of teaching and satisfactory results, contributing to the design of training systems and practice of teaching on evidence-based nursing practice. As trained a large number of talents for undeveloped areas such as the middle western, the northeast and the southwest China, it has effectively contributed to strengthening the construction of group to improving their medical and health service capacity in undeveloped areas, so as to achieve the goal of healthy poverty alleviation and build the "healthy China".更多还原
