【摘要】 目的通过对我院住院医师规范化培训(以下简称"住培")学员进行问卷调查,分析我院住培学员对住培课程设置的认知及现状。探讨我院住培课程设置存在的问题,提出建议,为住培提供相关政策参考。方法本研究运用了问卷调查法,一方面总结我院课程设置的现状及经验,另一方面调查分析了85名学员对课程设置的认知,通过统计描述与统计推断对问卷调查的结果进行分析。结果对不同培训专业对是否需要开设实践性课程的比例进行比较,采用χ2检验(χ2=7.567,P <0.05),差异具有统计学意义,认为不同培训专业学员对实践性课程的需求有差异。结论住培阶段系统的课程培训十分必要,有助于提升住培质量,在住培课程设置过程中应注重临床胜任力培养,并注重各专科新技术新进展及开设诊疗技术、模拟医学课程、实践性课程,充分运用网络教学手段,根据学员不同特点实行差异化教学,不断提高培训质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through the questionnaire survey of the standardized training(hereinafter referred to as "Zhu Pei") of residents in the FuJian Provincial hospital, the understanding from the students in the hospital about the arrangement of the training course and the current status of those courses are analysed. The existing problems in the setting of the residential training curriculum in the hospital are discussed. Recommendations and some relevant policy references are provided for the residents’ training. Methods This study used the questionnaire survey, on the one hand, summarize the current situation and the experience of the curriculum provision in the hospital. On the other hand, it investigated and analysed 85 students’ understanding of the curriculum provision. To get the results of the questionnaire survey, the statistical description and statistical inference are involved. Results Comparing the ratios of different training majors to whether to provide practical courses, the chi-square test(χ2=7.567, P<0.05) was used. The difference was statistically significant. It is believed that the needs of different training majors for practical courses are the difference. Conclusion It is necessary to have the residential training system, because it help improve the quality of residential training. In the process of setting up the curriculum, more attention needs to be paid in clinical competency training. Also, the new advances in new technologies and the development of medical treatment techniques need to be focused more. Simulation medical courses, practical courses, the full use of online teaching methods, and different teaching methods should be implemented based on different characteristics of employees.
