【Abstract】 Radiation oncology is a highly comprehensive professional subject, which has the characteristics of covering many diseases, difficult learning content, and not related to undergraduate courses. How to obtain well education in the standardized training of radiation oncology residents is worthy of thinking for every teacher. In recent years, flipped classrooms, as an innovative education model, have played an extremely important role in cultivating student’s interest and develop their ability.
