【摘要】 目的探究与分析品管圈管理法在腹主动脉瘤患者术后压力性损伤中的应用。方法选取我院自2018年4月—2020年4月收治的90例腹主动脉瘤患者,按照入院时间顺序将其分为常规管理组(2018年4月—2019年4月)与品管圈管理组(2019年5月—2020年4月),对比两组术后压力性损伤的发生率、Braden-Q压力性损伤风险评估表量表评分、护理人员工作能力评分。结果品管圈管理组与常规管理组相比术后压力性损伤发生率较低,组间差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。品管圈管理组与常规管理组相比压力性损伤发生风险较低,组间差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。品管圈管理组与常规管理组相比团队精神、沟通协调、专业知识、服务质量、责任荣誉、积极性、和谐度、自信心评分均较高,组间差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论品管圈管理法应用于腹主动脉瘤患者术后可明显降低压力性损伤的发生率,压力性损伤发生风险较低,能够提高护理人员工作能力评分。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore and analyze the application of quality control circle management in postoperative pressure injuries of patients with abdominal aortic aneurysms. Methods 90 patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm were treated in our hospital selected from April 2018 to April 2020, all the patients were follow the time sequence divided into routine management group(from April 2018 to April 2019) and quality control circle management in the order of admission time Group(from May 2019 to April 2020), the incidence of postoperative pressure injury, Braden-Q Stress Injury Risk Assessment Scale score, and nursing staff work ability score was compared in the two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative pressure injury in the QC management group was lower than that in the conventional management group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The risk of pressure injury in the quality control circle management group was lower than that in the conventional management group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The team spirit, communication and coordination, professional knowledge, service quality, responsibility honor, enthusiasm, harmony, and self-confidence score of the quality control circle management group were higher than those in the conventional management group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The quality control circle management method applied to patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm can significantly reduce the incidence of pressure injury, low risk of stress injuries and improve the work ability score of nursing staff.更多还原
