口腔颌面外科学实验教学改革初探
Preliminary Study on the Experimental Teaching Reform of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
【摘要】 目的为规范口腔颌面外科学实验课程教学,对现有传统的实验教学进行改革,探讨改革后的实验教学效果,探究提高口腔颌面外科学实验教学质量的教学模式。方法利用虚拟仿真实验平台预习口腔颌面外科学实验后让学生参与实验课准备,课上采用翻转课堂教学方法并引入标准化病人进行临床场景模拟式实验训练,实验课最后时间以口腔执业医师实践技能考试评分标准对学生进行考核,评价学生实验学习效果并及时反馈,课程结课后以问卷调查的方式对教学改革进行了评价。结果学生教学效果调查问卷在提高检索整理信息能力、自主学习能力、创新思维及临床思维能力、语言表达能力及团队协作能力、提高实验学习效果及促进自我学习与成长方面给出了肯定的评价。结论口腔颌面外科学实验教学改革能够激发学生的学习兴趣,提高口腔颌面外科学实验教学质量,优于传统的口腔颌面外科学实验教学。
【Abstract】 Objective To standardize the teaching of oral and maxillofacial surgery experiment course, reform the traditional experimental teaching, explore the effect of the experimental teaching after the reform, and explore the teaching mode to improve the teaching quality of oral and maxillofacial surgery experiment. Methods Students are allowed to participate in the preparation of experimental class after preview of the oral experiment by using virtual simulation experimental platform. In class, flipped classroom teaching method is adopted and standardized patients are introduced for clinical scene simulation experiment training. At the end of the experiment class, students are assessed according to the scoring standard of oral practitioners’ practical skills test, and the experimental learning effect of students is evaluated and feedback is timely. After the course is concluded, the teaching reform is evaluated by questionnaire. Results The questionnaire of teaching effect of students has given a positive evaluation on improving the ability of information retrieval, self-learning, innovative thinking and clinical thinking, language expression and team cooperation, improving experimental learning effect and promoting self-learning and growth. Conclusion The reform of oral experiment teaching can stimulate students’ interest in learning and improve the quality of oral experiment teaching, which is better than the traditional oral experiment teaching.
