【摘要】 超声作为一种快速、简便且诊断准确率较高的影像学手段,有助于急诊医生更快更有效地了解患者病情,及时给予治疗,从而使超声成为临床医师诊疗过程中必不可少的辅助检查之一。众所周知,住院医师规范化培训是医学生向医师身份转换的重要阶段,所以,对于超声医学专业的规范化培训,如何做好腹部急诊超声规培教学,是目前值得我们探讨和思考的问题。文章探讨多元化教学模式、微信、钉钉教学平台多种教学模式在腹部急诊超声住院医师规范化培训中的应用,结合本专业的特点总结其教学模式的可行性,培养出临床思维与技能操作兼顾的合格超声医师。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a rapid, simple and accurate imaging method, ultrasound is helpful for emergency physicians to understand the patient’s condition more quickly and effectively and to give timely treatment, so that ultrasound becomes an indispensable auxiliary examination for clinicians in the process of diagnosis and treatment. As is known to all, the standardized training of resident physicians is an important stage for medical students to transform into doctors. Therefore, for the standardized training of ultrasound medicine, how to do a good job of abdominal emergency ultrasound training teaching, is worth our discussion and thinking. This paper discusses the application of diversified teaching modes, WeChat, and nailing teaching platform in the standardized training of resident ultrasound physicians in emergency abdomen, summarizes the feasibility of the teaching mode in combination with the characteristics of the specialty, and cultivates qualified ultrasound physicians with both clinical thinking and skills.更多还原
