【摘要】 目的通过对眼科规范化培训基于问题的学习(problem based learning,PBL)案例库初期建设方向的调研分析,为建设规范化培训PBL案例库打下基础。方法针对目前规培医师培训现状、根据PBL案例库建设需求,对浙江大学医学院附属第一医院眼科基地及浙江大学医学院附属第二医院眼科基地的规范化培训住院医师(规培医师)发放网络问卷,并进行数据统计分析。结果规培医师认为PBL学习的优势主要为主动学习(65.8%),并希望通过PBL学习提高分析问题和解决问题的能力(68.4%)。然而,约50%的规培医师担心案例库存在案例表现单一的不足。结论通过深入的前期调研,不仅能了解规培医师现阶段不足,还能结合其感兴趣的方向,编写优秀的PBL案例库,真正做到以规培医师为中心。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the result of survey research on problem based learning(PBL) case library in standardized residency training of ophthalmology and make early stage preparation. Methods Considering the current situation of standardized residency training and the needs of PBL case library, our training base made network questionnaire and sent to the standardized residents of ophthalmology in The First and The Second Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine. And we made statistical analysis. Results The advantage of PBL resident doctors consider most is active learning(65.8%). Resident doctors hope to improve the ability of analyzing and solving problems(68.4%). However, nearly 50% of them concern that the case may be monotonous. Conclusion Through good prophase research, we can not only understand shortcomings of residents at this stage, but also know their interest. The PBL case library with good preparation really take the standardized residents as the center.更多还原
