【摘要】 目的探讨泪道阻塞患者鼻内窥镜下逆行插管术的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院98例泪道阻塞患者,分为两组。一组单纯行下鼻道逆行插管术,共64例患者,为对照组;另一组在鼻内窥镜直视下行逆行插管术(其中包含4例对照组手术失败患者)共34例患者,为试验组。分析2组患者临床治疗效果、手术时间及术中、术后并发症。结果手术时间对比,与对照组相比,试验组手术时间明显缩短(P <0.05)。手术并发症对比,对照组术中及术后并发症明显高于试验组(P <0.05)。对照组有效率为82.4%,试验组有效率为92.2%。两组总有效率无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论两组患者治疗效果无明显差异,经鼻内窥镜直视下行逆行插管术手术时间明显缩短,治疗泪道阻塞效果确切,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of retrograde intubation under nasal endoscope in patients with lacrimal duct obstruction. Methods 98 cases of lacrimal duct obstruction in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed and divided into two groups. A group of 64 patients who underwent retrograde intubation of the inferior nasal passage were the control group. Another group of 34 patients underwent retrograde intubation under direct nasal endoscope(including 4 patients who failed the operation in the control group) was the experimental group. The clinical treatment effect, operation time, intraoperative and postoperative complications of the two groups were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the operation time in the experimental group was significantly shortened(P<0.05). Compared with surgical complications, the intraoperative and postoperative complications in the control group were significantly higher than those in the experimental group(P<0.05). The effective rate was 82.4% in the control group and 92.2% in the test group. The total effective rate of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion There is no obvious difference in the therapeutic effect between the two groups of patients. The operation time of retrograde intubation under nasal endoscope is obviously shortened, and the therapeutic effect of lacrimal duct obstruction is definite.
