【摘要】 目的评估PBL结合SPSS软件教学在医学统计学实验教学中的应用效果。方法实验组采用PBL结合SPSS教学,对照组仅采取SPSS软件教学。通过理论考试及问卷调查,评价其教学效果。结果两组在总成绩、选择题、简答题、分析计算题的平均成绩差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),但实验组成绩分布较为集中。两组均认为加深了统计理论知识的理解,实验组学生在激发学习兴趣、提高学习效率、培养思维能力、自主学习能力与团结合作精神等受益较大(P <0.05),而未显示在提高分析能力、促进知识记忆、提高解决实际统计问题能力方面有统计学差异(P> 0.05)。结论 PBL结合SPSS软件实验教学模式对培养学生对统计学习的主动学习、兴趣、思维能力和协作方面效果良好,仍需重复训练提高学习效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of PBL combined with software model in experimental teaching of medical statistics. Methods PBL teaching method combined with SPSS software teaching method was used in the experimental group, while only SPSS software teaching method was adopted in the control group. The teaching effect of the two experimental teaching models were evaluated through examination and questionnaire. Results According to the scores of theory test, there was no significant difference in the total scores, multiple-choice scores, shortanswer question scores and average scores between two groups(P > 0.05), but the grade distribution was more concentrated in experimental group than those in the control group. Both the experimental and the control group believed that they had deepened statistical theoretical knowledge. Students of the experimental group were significantly better in learning motivation, learning efficiency, thinking ability, self-learning ability and team work(P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference in analysis ability, memory ability and the ability of solving practical statistical problems(P > 0.05). Conclusion PBL combined with SPSS experimental teaching model was a good way for improving learning efficiency, self-learning ability and teamwork, arousing learning interest and expanding thinking ability for medical statistics study. However, repeated training for this model is still needed to improve the learning effect.更多还原
