【摘要】 目的研究在非直属附属医院的全程教学班中,采用主讲教师责任制对内科学进行授课的效果。方法选取医院2015级60名临床专业医学生,分为实验组和对照组,每组30人。实验组采用主讲教师负责制教学,对照组采用传统方式教学。学年结束后,对两组学生进行理论考试、教学满意度评估问卷调查,并进行分析比较。结果实验组理论考试分数高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组教学满意度高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对全程教学班学生采用主讲教师责任制进行内科学授课可获明显的效果,且提高学生和教师满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of applying the leading lecturer responsibility system in the education of internal medicine in the whole-course teaching class in the non-directly-governed affiliated hospital. Method Sixty participant clinical medicine senior students were randomly assigned to an experimental group and a control group, 30 members each. The control group received a regular teaching approach, while the experimental group was managed by the leading lecturer responsibility system. At the end of the academic year, two group students had the theory examination as well as participated in the teaching satisfaction survey. The results were analyzed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the experiment group scored higher in the theoretical examination and obtained higher levels of teaching satisfaction. All results are with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). Conclusion The leading lecturer responsibility system can promote remarkable teaching and learning results and also increase the satisfaction of both students and teachers when applied in the teaching of internal medicine in the wholecourse teaching class.更多还原
