【摘要】 医学检验专业是一门实践性较强的学科。在对临床疾病的诊断和治疗过程中,临床检验起着非常重要作用。社会的飞速发展和现代科学技术的快速进步也推动了医学的快速发展,医学检验学科的内涵也进一步分化和细化,对临床检验工作人员的工作能力有了更高的要求。目前在医学检验本科生的教学过程中,以固定的单一知识结构和理论为主的教学跟不上快速发展的临床医学,在教学中使用的相关仪器设备相对落后与医院迅猛发展的全自动化技术检验设备不匹配。建立创新型的医学检验技术专业培养模式是应对医学检验发展的主要途径,也是医学检验教育创新的动力。"产学研"一体化合作模式为检验医学的发展提供了新的契机。文章通过以医学检验学院为依托,搭建第三方检验平台和科学研究平台,三者互相合作形成"产学研"一体化合作模式,进一步分析了"产学研"的实施环节及其对医学检验专业人才培养的改革和实践过程,为医学检验专业的发展和人才培养提供了新的理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Laboratory medicine is a practical subject. Clinical laboratory plays a very important role in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of clinical diseases. With the rapid development of medicine, there are higher requirements for the working ability of clinical laboratory staff. In the process of medical laboratory undergraduate teaching, teaching based on single knowledge structure and theory has been unable to keep up with the rapid development of clinical medicine. And the relatively backward instruments and equipment in teaching do not match with the rapid development of the hospital’s fully automated technical inspection equipment. The integration of production, teaching and research provides a new opportunity for the development of laboratory medicine. In this paper, the school of laboratory medicine cooperated with the third-party testing platform to form an integrated cooperation mode of production, teaching and research. We analyzed the integration of production, teaching and research and its benefits to the cultivation of medical laboratory personnel. This paper provides a new theoretical basis for the development of laboratory medicine and personnel training.更多还原
