【摘要】 目的探讨将课程思政与人文素质教育融入临床教学对教学效果的影响。方法选取2020年5—9月于厦门医学院附属第二医院实习的学生(包括见习生)120例,随机分为两组,对照组(n=60)采用传统LBL教学,研究组(n=60)联合课程思政与人文素质教育模式进行教学,对比两组学生学习成绩、综合水平提升以及CAI评分情况的差异。结果研究组学生理论以及实践技能成绩均显著高于对照组(P <0.05);研究组学生突发应变、思维分析、团结协作、提升理论水平以及学习兴趣等方面的评分均显著优于对照组(P <0.05);研究组学生在认知、勇气及耐心三个维度的评分均高于对照组(P <0.05),CAI总分较对照组更高(P <0.05)。结论联合课程思政与人文素质教育这一模式可显著提升学生的学习成绩,促进提升学生突发应变、思维分析、团结协作、理论水平以及学习兴趣等方面的综合能力,同时可有效提升学生人文素养、关怀能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of Integrating Ideological and political education and humanistic quality education into clinical teaching.Methods 120 interns(included trainee) in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen medical college from May to September 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group (n=60) was given traditional LBL teaching,while the study group (n=60)was given combined ideological and political education and humanistic quality education.The differences in academic performance,comprehensive level improvement and CAI score between the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical and practical skills of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05);the scores of emergency response,thinking analysis,unity and cooperation,improvement of theoretical level and learning interest of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05);the scores of cognition,courage and patience of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05) The total score of AI was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The first mock exam of the joint curriculum,ideological and political education and humanistic quality education can significantly improve students’academic performance and promote their comprehensive abilities in contingency,thinking analysis,solidarity,cooperation,theoretical level and interest in learning.At the same time,it can effectively enhance students’ability of humanistic care and caring.更多还原
