【摘要】 目的探讨翻转课堂联合TBL教学法在泌尿外科护理教学中的应用效果。方法选择2018年7月—2019年6月间于院内泌尿外科实习的护士70名为观察对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各35名,其中对照组给予TBL教学法,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用翻转课堂教学法,比较两组教学方法的教学效果。结果观察组基础理论成绩及临床实践操作能力成绩均显著优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组实习护士的查阅资料能力、口头表述能力、临床操作能力、自学能力、协作能力及综合能力均显著优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组学习兴趣感兴趣率为82.86%,显著优于对照组的42.86%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论翻转课堂联合TBL教学法能有效提升学生的基础理论及实践成绩,提高学生的学习兴趣。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of Flipped classroom teaching combined with TBL teaching method in the teaching of urological surgery. Methods 70 observation subjects of urologist nurses in the hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected, and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, and 35 cases were in each group. The control group was given TBL teaching method while the observation group was applied Flipped classroom teaching method on the basis of the control group. The teaching effect of the two groups were compared. Results The mean values of the basic theoretical level and the level of clinical practical operation ability in the observation group increased significantly, and the difference in replacement was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The mean reading data ability, oral presentation ability, clinical operation ability, self-learning ability, collaboration ability and comprehensive ability of the observation group nurses in the observation group landed significantly, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). The learning interestrelated merger reached 82.86%, which significantly higher than 42.86% of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Flipped classroom teaching combined with TBL teaching method can effectively improve basic theoretical and practical performance, increase learning interest, and it will be promoted and applied in urology nursing teaching.更多还原
