以临床能力为核心构建临床研究生培养新模式
Taking Clinical Ability as the Core to Build a New Model of Clinical Postgraduate Training
【摘要】 目的探讨以临床实践能力为核心构建新的儿外科临床型研究生培养模式的方法和效果。方法建立新的儿外科临床型研究生培养模式,以提高学生临床实践能力为导向,通过实施"导师负责制",设置特色教学课程,引入现代化模拟教学等方法,强化临床教学管理,提高学生综合素质。通过对比不同年级学生形成性评价成绩和OSCE考核成绩,并分析师生问卷调查结果,评价新培养模式的效能。结果新的培养模式能有效促进儿外科临床型研究生临床实践能力的提高,在教师评价和学生评教中获得一致认可。结论以提高临床实践能力为核心构建的临床教学新模式能切实增强儿外科临床型研究生的临床思维和工作能力,有利于为社会输送更多更好的"实用性人才",值得在同类医学院校推广应用。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the method and effect of constructing a new training model for clinical type postgraduates of pediatric surgery with clinical practice as the core. Methods To construct a new training model for clinical type postgraduates of pediatric surgery, to improve the students’ clinical practice ability as a guide, through the implementation of the "tutor responsibility system", the establishment of characteristic teaching courses, the introduction of modern simulation teaching and other methods, to strengthen clinical teaching management and improve the comprehensive quality of students. Through the comparison of formative assessment results and OSCE assessment results of students in different grades, and the analysis of questionnaire survey results of teachers and students, the effectiveness of the new training model is evaluated. Results The new training model can effectively improve the clinical practice ability of the clinical type postgraduates of pediatric surgery, and it is unanimously recognized in the evaluation of teachers and students. Conclusion The new clinical teaching mode, which focuses on improving the clinical practice ability of postgraduates, can effectively enhance the clinical thinking and working ability of clinical type postgraduates of pediatric surgery, and is conducive to providing more and better "practical talents" for the society. It is worth popularizing and applying in similar medical colleges.
