医学专业学位导师指导带教中的问题及对策
Problems and Countermeasures in the Guidance of Medical Degree Tutors
【摘要】 临床医学专业学位研究生教育是我国专业学位研究生教育的重要组成部分,为我国医疗卫生事业输送了数以万计的高层次应用型医学人才。师资是临床医学教学中最重要的人力资源,专业学位研究生教育的发展给导师队伍带来了新的要求和挑战。在研究生培养过程中,导师是第一责任人,导师指导的质量直接影响研究生教育的发展水平。导师指导研究是研究生教育内涵式发展的一项重要内容,不仅具有重要的学术价值,更具有明确的实践指向。它有利于提升研究生导师的指导效率和质量,提高研究生培养水平。文章从临床医学专业学位研究生导师指导带教存在的问题出发,对临床医学专业学位研究生的概念进行了界定,分析了其指导带教过程中存在的问题,并且提出了解决的对策,希望能够具有一定的指导意义。
【Abstract】 Graduate education of clinical medicine is an important part of graduate education of professional degree in China, which has provided tens of thousands of high-level applied medical talents for medical and health undertakings in China. Teachers are the most important human resources in clinical medicine teaching. The development of professional degree postgraduate education brings new requirements and challenges to the tutor team. In the process of postgraduate education, the tutor is the first responsible person, and the quality of tutor’s guidance directly affects the development level of postgraduate education. Tutor guided research is an important content of the connotation development of graduate education, which not only has important academic value, but also has a clear practical direction. It is conducive to improving the guidance efficiency and quality of postgraduate tutors, and improving the level of postgraduate training. Starting from the problems existing in the guidance of tutors for clinical medicine postgraduates, this paper defines the concept of clinical medicine postgraduates, analyzes the problems existing in the process of guidance, and puts forward countermeasures to solve them, hoping to have some guiding significance.
