【摘要】 目的研究诊疗影像引入脊柱外科教学对学生学习兴趣及成绩考核的影响。方法 2019年10月—2020年10月在脊柱外科学习的临床医学专业同一年级的80名学生为研究对象,随机数字法均分为对照组和研究组,两组学生性别构成、年龄无差异,使用的教材与教学大纲相同,对照组采用传统的面对面讲授模式,按照病因、病理、临床表现、诊断、治疗的顺序逐步深入,依次讲解;研究组在教学中引入X线、CT、MRI及脊柱外科微创手术影像,教师对诊断、治疗过程进行详细解读,在学习诊疗的同时学习脊柱疾病的病因、病理、临床表现;授课结束后使用统一的调查问卷及试卷进行学科兴趣调查与结课考核。结果研究组学生学科兴趣调查问卷得分及考试得分均明显优于对照组学生(P <0.01)。结论在脊柱外科教学中引入微创诊疗影像能激发学生对学科的学习兴趣,显著提升考试成绩。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of the introduction of diagnosis and treatment images into spinal surgery teaching on students’ interest in learning and performance assessment. Methods From October 2019 to October 2020, 80 students in the same grade of clinical medicine who studied in spine surgery were used as the research objects. Random numbers were divided into control group and research group. The two groups of students were divided into the control group and the research group. The difference is that the textbooks used are the same as the syllabus. The control group adopts the traditional faceto-face teaching mode, which is explained gradually in the order of etiology, pathology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, and treatment; the research group introduces X-ray, CT, and MRI in the teaching And minimally invasive surgery images in spine surgery. Teachers interpret the diagnosis and treatment process in detail. While learning diagnosis and treatment, they learn the etiology, pathology, and clinical manifestations of spine diseases; after the lecture, use uniform questionnaires and test papers for subject interest investigation and conclusion course assessment. Results The scores of the subject interest survey questionnaire and test scores of the study group students were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion The introduction of minimally invasive diagnosis and treatment images in the teaching of spine surgery can stimulate students’ interest in the subject and significantly improve test scores.更多还原
