基于雨课堂的细胞生物学实验教学实践
Experimental Teaching Practice of Cell Biology Based on Rain Classroom
【摘要】 目的 "雨课堂"作为一种新颖的授课手段,将PPT和微信完美地结合,网络与课堂有效地衔接,使传统课堂获得了时间和空间的拓展。为了适应双一流建设背景下对创新型人才培养的需求,我们将"雨课堂"引入医学细胞生物学实验教学,建立线上线下相结合的混合教学模式,进行"互联网+"教学改革实践。方法本研究采用两阶段设计方案,首先,将"雨课堂"引入2017级麻醉班细胞生物学实验课,进行教学改革实践;影像班作为对照班,进行传统实验教学。然后,设计"雨课堂"教学的调查问卷,全面调查、了解医学生对互联网+实验教学模式的态度和需求,评估第一阶段"雨课堂"教学实践的成效。结果 "雨课堂"授课班同学的平时实验报告成绩显著高于传统教学班,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。调查问卷结果显示,80%以上同学认为使用雨课堂提高了对《细胞生物学》学习的积极性和兴趣,90%以上的同学认为雨课堂可以帮助他们更好地掌握实验内容和方法,加深对知识的理解和运用,并顺利完成实验。结论 "雨课堂"提高了《细胞生物学》实验预习效果和听课效率,增强了医学生自主学习的能力。
【Abstract】 Objective As a new teaching method, "rain classroom" perfectly combines PPT and wechat, and effectively connects the network and classroom, which makes the traditional classroom expand in time and space. In order to adapt to the demand for innovative talents training under the background of double first class construction, we introduced "rain classroom" into the experimental teaching of medical cell biology, established a mixed teaching mode of online and offline, and carried out the practice of "Internet plus" teaching reform. Methods In this study, a two-stage design scheme was adopted. Firstly, "rain class" was introduced into the cell biology experiment class of grade 2017 anesthesia class for teaching reform practice, and the imaging class was used as the control class for traditional experimental teaching. Then, we designed a questionnaire for "rain classroom" teaching, and investigated the attitudes and needs of medical students to Internet plus experiment teaching mode, and evaluated the effectiveness of the teaching practice of "rain classroom" in the first stage. Results The average score of experiment report of the students in the "rain classroom" class were significantly higher than those in the traditional class(P < 0.05). More than 80% of the students thought that the use of rain classroom could improve their enthusiasm and interest in learning cell biology, and more than 90% of the students thought that rain classroom could help them better grasp the experimental content and methods, deepen their understanding and application of knowledge, and successfully complete the experiment. Conclusion "Rain class" improves the preview effect and listening efficiency of cell biology experiment, and enhances the self-learning ability of medical students.
