浅谈医护人员同理心培养策略
Talking About the Empathy Training Strategy of Medical Staff
【摘要】 同理心亦称"共情能力"。在临床诊疗护理过程中医护人员具备一定程度的同理心,能够有利于医患沟通,提供更高的服务质量,从而促进医患关系。现代医学教育不应仅仅局限于基础知识、专业能力等认知能力培养,也要重视同理心、创造力及良好的情绪特质等非认知能力的培养。因此,探索培养医护人员的同理心对国内人文关怀的发展具有重要的现实意义和启发意义。文章通过查阅及总结近年来的文献,阐述同理心的内涵;目前同理心国内外主要培养方法 ;同理心的重要作用以及未来发展方向以及对运用同理心的思考。
【Abstract】 Empathy is also known as "the ability to empathize." In the clinical diagnosis and treatment process, the medical staff has a certain degree of empathy, which can facilitate the communication between doctors and patients, provide higher quality of services, and promote the doctorpatient relationship. Modern medical education should not be limited to the cultivation of cognitive abilities such as basic knowledge and professional abilities, but also the cultivation of non-cognitive abilities such as empathy, creativity, and good emotional traits. Therefore, exploring the empathy oftraining medical staff has important practical significance and enlightening significance for the development of domestic humane care. The article explains the meaning of empathy by reviewing and summarizing the literature in recent years; the current main cultivation methods of empathy at home and abroad; the important role of empathy and the future development direction and thinking on the use of empathy.
