Al-Fe-Ti柱撑蒙脱石吸附剂对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能研究
STUDY ON ADSORPTION PERFORMANCE OF AL-FE-TI PILLARED MONTMORILLONITE ADSORBENT FOR Cr(Ⅵ)
【摘要】 以蒙脱土为原料,以铝/铁/钛为柱撑元素,制备了Al-Fe-Ti-MMT吸附剂,并应用于吸附废水中的Cr(Ⅵ)。用X射线衍射、红外光谱仪、热重分析、SEM-EDX及比表面积测量对Al-Fe-Ti-MMT材料进行了表征,并考察了Al-Fe-Ti-MMT吸附剂对废水中的Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附效果。结果表明:Al-Fe-Ti-MMT材料主要以窄缝型介孔和微孔为主,晶面间距d(001)为1.778 nm,比表面积为254.35 m~2/g,平均孔径为3.575 nm。Al-Fe-Ti-MMT对Cr(Ⅵ)的单位吸附量可达7.2 mg/g,吸附过程符合Langmuir等温线模型,其吸附动力学符合拟二级动力学。
【Abstract】 Al-Fe-Ti Adsorbent was prepared from montmorillonite and aluminum/iron/titanium as column support elements.X-ray diffraction,infrared spectrometer,thermogravimetric analysis,sem-edx and specific surface area measurements were used to characterize the Al-Fe-Ti-MMT material,and the adsorption effect of Al-Fe-Ti-MMT adsorbent on Cr(Ⅵ) in wastewater was investigated.The results showed that the prepared Al-Fe-Ti-MMT material was mainly narrow-slit mesoporous and microporous,with crystal surface spacing d(001)of 1.778 nm,specific surface area of 254.35 m~2/g,and average pore diameter of 3.575 nm.The unit adsorption capacity of Al-Fe-Ti-MMT for Cr(Ⅵ) can reach 7.2 mg/g.The adsorption process conforms to the Langmuir isothermal model,and its kinetics conforms to quasi-second-order kinetics.
