不同基肥和追肥对金铁锁药材及种子产量的影响

【摘要】 为确定金铁锁优质高产栽培适宜的基肥和追肥施用量,采用正交设计L16(45),研究了3个基肥因素机肥A、磷肥B、复合肥C和2个追肥因素磷酸二氢钾D、硼肥E不同水平配施后对金铁锁药材和种子产量的影响,结果表明:不同基肥和追肥的类型和施用量对金铁锁药材和种子产量的影响不同,5个因素对金铁锁根产量影响依次为A、B、C、D、E;中等肥力土壤条件下生产金铁锁药材基肥和追肥适宜配比施用量分别为:有机肥7500 kg/hm2、过磷酸钙1125 kg/hm2、复合肥300 kg/hm2、磷酸二氢钾0.3%、硼肥0.05%;对金铁锁种子产量的影响大小依次为A、B、D、C、E,生产种子基肥和追肥适宜配比施用量分别为有机肥7500 kg/hm2、过磷酸钙1125 kg/hm2、磷酸二氢钾0.3%、复合肥450 kg/hm2、硼肥0.1%。

【Abstract】 In order to determine the suitable formula of basal fertilizers and topdressing fertilizers for high yield and good quality cultivation of Psammosilene tunicoides, the orthogonal design L16(45) was used to study the effects of the different levels of 3 basal fertilizer factors of organic fertilizer A, phosphate fertilizer B, compound fertilizer C and 2 topdressing fertilizer factors of potassium dihydrogen phosphate D and boron E on the yield changes of roots and seeds. The results showed that different types and quantity of basal and topdressing fertilizers had different effects on the yield of roots and seeds. The effect order of 5 factors on the root yield was A>B>C>D>E. Under medium fertility soil conditions, the suitable ration of basal fertilizers and topdressing fertilizers for root production was as follows: organic fertilizer 7500 kg/hm2, calcium superphosphate 1125 kg/hm2, compound fertilizer 300 kg/hm2, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.3% and boron 0.05%. The effect order of 5 factors on the seed yield was A>B>D>C>E. The suitable ration of basal fertilizers and topdressing fertilizers for seed production was as follows: organic fertilizer 7500 kg/hm2, calcium superphosphate 1125 kg/hm2, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.3%, compound fertilizer 450 kg/hm2 and boron 0.1%.
