23份木薯种质资源在贵州的形态多样性分析与评价

【摘要】 为促进贵州木薯种质资源研究利用和种质创新,利用形态标记对23份木薯种质进行了多样性分析与评价,结果表明:23份资源在株型、主茎外皮和内皮颜色、株高、主茎高、茎粗、主茎节间长、第1分枝角度、成熟功能叶颜色、叶片裂叶数、裂片叶形、叶柄颜色、叶脉颜色、叶柄角度、裂叶长度、裂叶宽度、花萼颜色、子房颜色、蒴果长度、蒴果直径、块根分布、结薯集中度、块根形状、块根缢痕、块根外皮和内皮颜色、块根肉质颜色等方面均表现出丰富的多样性。本研究对23份木薯种质资源进行了系统评价,筛选获得了6个高淀粉种质和7个高鲜薯产量种质,为木薯育种选配亲本提供参考。

【Abstract】 The diversity analysis and evaluation of 23 cassava germplasm were carried out by morphological markers, which could promote the research and utilization of cassava germplasm resources and germplasm innovation in guizhou. The results showed that plant shape, color of mature main stem outer bark and inner bark, plant height, main stem height, internode length of main stem, stem diameter, branching angle, color of mature leaf, number of lobe, shape of lobed leaf, color of petiole, color of leaf vein, angle of petiole, length of lobed leaf, width of lobed leaf, color of calyx, color of ovary, color of pericarp, length of capsule, diameter of capsule, root tuber distribution, root tuber concentration degree, root shape, root constriction, root bark, color of root tuber outer bark, color of root tuber inner bark and color of root pulp of 23 resources showed rich diversity. In this study, 23 cassava germplasm resources were systematically evaluated, and 6 high starch germplasm and 7 high fresh potato yield germplasm were screened and obtained, which provided reference for breeding and selection of cassava parents.
